30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the book must be in its original condition and must not show any damage.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for the same item. Once we receive the returned book and confirm it is undamaged, we will send out the replacement. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs involved in the exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the return to be processed and for the refund to appear on your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 30 days and include clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Books that show damage, wear, or signs of use after delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
