The AACC is an open-source transparency framework for creators who use, or don’t use, AI tools in their creative process. It provides a simple, standardized way to disclose human creation as well as AI collaboration—whether in writing, filmmaking, visual arts, or any creative field.
Given that AI is becoming part of many creative workflows, AACC offers a clear, honest approach: acknowledge the tools if you use them, own your creative decisions, and maintain transparency with your audience.
The Principle: If you use AI in your creative work, say so. Clearly, honestly, without shame or hype.
Why It Matters: Transparency builds trust. Audiences deserve to know how work is made. AI is a tool—acknowledge it like you would any collaborator.
How to Use It: Disclose AI involvement in your project credits or documentation. Specify what tools you used and for what purpose. That's it.
